This is a
project for beaders who would like to learn to work
3-dimensionally using the Gourd (Peyote) Stitch. It begins
with flat-circular Gourd Stitch and works up into 3-drop
tubular Gourd Stitch. The basket lid is removable and can be
embellished with pearls, turquoise, coral, dagger beads,
etc. Previous experience in some form of the Gourd Stitch is
a pre-requisite for this class project. |
